The Ministry shall have plenary powers as regards: (a) management of wildlife and fish species authorized for hunting and fisheries; (b) pedigree stockbreeding; (c) registration of selection achievements in stockbreeding and seed growing, pesticides, agrochemicals, animal feed and food additives, including GMO; and (d) veterinary rules and regulations.
