This Decree enters into force upon signature.

Abstract

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Producer Association shall carry out state control in conformity with the Forest Code. This Decree states that the supervisory authorities shall carry out state control over the following activities: (i) use of forest fund and payments of forest fees, (ii) measures for soil conservation, water storage and hygiene requirements, (iii) use of forests in contrary to the purposes and methods of the Forest Code, (iv) application of new techniques,
