The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Decree replaces article 24a of the Food Code, relating to regenerated cellulose film intended to come into contact with foodstuffs, following the structure of Commission Directive 2007/42/EC. Table I annexed to the article lists down the substances which are authorised in the manufacture of regenerated cellulose film.
