Abstract This Ministerial Decree validates felling licences, woodcutting orders and forestry licences. It establishes that felling licences shall authorize timber extraction in designated areas in accordance with timber extraction plans and reforestation measures. Woodcutting orders shall apply to the allocation of standing timber in the amount of 50 cubic metres. Felling licences shall specify the amount, areas, terms and conditions of timber extraction and address resin boxing, forest fire prevention measures and liability for infringement of forest regulations.
