Federal Registration Agency of Immovable Property and its territorial bodies shall carry out the aforesaid supervision in the form of scheduled and unscheduled inspections. Unscheduled inspections shall be carried out for the purpose of verification of the execution of orders related to elimination of the previously exposed irregularities in the process of land use planning. In case of exposure of the violations of provisions of the national legislation and also of technical requirements set for land use planning shall be drawn up official report containing the following data: (a) description of the exposed offences; (b) references to violated legislative provisions and technical requirements that are compulsory for land use planning; and (c) compulsory recommendations for the officials responsible for land use planning for elimination of the exposed violations.
