Abstract

The Government decrees to approve the proposal of the Federal Forest Service, the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry Environmental Protection and Natural Resources on setting up of the interdepartmental commission of experts and to validate the respective Regulation. This Regulation determines the modalities of examination of the planning documentation as regards organization of forest management, the use of forestry resources, reproduction of forests and other aspects economic activity related to forestry on the plots of forestry granted on lease. Interdepartmental forestry and ecological commission is set up for the purpose of securing coordinated activity of the Federal Executive Bodies and the Regional Executive Bodies concerned in the field of forest management based on the principles of permanent use. The main task of the Commission is the examination of the planning documentation as regards the plots of forestry granted on lease for the purpose of securing uninterrupted and inexhaustible use of forestry resources, timely and qualitative reproduction of forests in accordance with the requirements of the Basic Forestry Legislation.
