The purpose of forest management shall be: (a) mapping of the forest stock; (b) inventory with a view to classify the categories of forest land, forest species and age groups of forests; (c) exposure of the plots of the public forest stock requiring main, intermediate and other felling; (d) specification of areas destined for afforestation and reforestation; (e) secondary forest management, including extraction of non-timber products; (f) access to information on the public forest stock.
