Animals pertaining to sensitive species, and existing on infected areas as well as on farms where an avian flu infection is suspected, shall be killed. On the other hand, wholesome animals pertaining to sensitive species and existing in the localities listed out in the Annex to the Decree shall be killed too. Holders of killed animals shall obtain a compensation, as appropriate, in accordance with Act No. 218 of 2 June 1988.
