Abstract

In implementation of Directives 2002/79/EC, 2002/97/EC and 2002/100/EC, this Decree updates Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000 by establishing: (1) maximum residue levels for active substances contained in phytosanitary products tolerated in the products referred to in Annex 1, parts A to E to Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000; (2) minimum safety intervals to be complied with between the last treatment and harvesting; and (3) those active substances which shall not be used, and related derogations.
