Article 1 regards indications to be shown in the labels as regards the content of fluorides in mineral waters, whilst article 2 is concerned with the labelling of natural mineral waters and spring waters that have undergone ozone-enriched air treatment. As from 1 July 2004, the placing on the market of natural mineral waters and spring waters not complying with these labelling requirements shall be forbidden.
