Abstract

In implementation of Directive 2001/79/EC, the present Decree amends Presidential Decree No. 433 of 2001 as regards additives in feedingstuffs. Annex D is entirely replaced by the Annex attached to this Decree laying down guidelines for the assessment of additives in animal feedstuffs. The Annex is divided into seven Chapters giving directives for assessing additives other than microorganisms and enzymes. Such assessment is intended to guarantee safety for animals and to avoid any hazards on hum
