Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (3 February 2017).
Abstract

This Decree is based and it regards the rules provided by the Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2000 establishing a framework for action Community water policy; including the Directive 2007/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on evaluation and evaluation flood risk management. This Decree is in relation to the national Legislative Decree of 3 April 2006, n. 152 and subsequent amendments, containing "Environmental regulations" and in particular the third part of the same, containing “Rules on soil protection and control to desertification, to protect water from pollution and to water management”, in which they are inserted articles 63 and 64 relating respectively to the Authorities of basin and river basin districts; and in relation to other thematic legislation as listed in article 1.
