Abstract The Decree prohibits, in accordance with European Council Regulation 1626/94, the fishing with any device, the possession and the placing on the market of date mussel (Lithophaga lithophaga) and white shell (Pholas dactylus). This Decree is also postponing the prohibition until 30 September 2007.
