Abstract


This Decision of the Minister of Infrastructure and the Environment, implementing provisions of article 3.35 first and third paragraph of the Spatial Planning Act, provides for applying the government coordination scheme to the Catch-up Streamline Programme, that aims at increasing the water-discharge and the drainage capacity of the major rivers by removing coarse vegetation from the river bed. The government scheme refers to measures and interventions concerning: water permit and permit based on the approval of Water Board; permit related to soil removal ordinance; environmental permit.
