The Decision enters into force on 13 June 1991.
Abstract

With this Decision article 36a is inserted in the Food Code, referring to extraction solvents used in the production of foodstuffs, in compliance with Council Directive 2009/32/EC. Also for the purposes of aligning the Code with the provisions of the aforementioned Directive, relevant amendments are done in Chapter III of the Code. The text of the new article and a Table are attached to this Decision.
