Abstract

This Ministerial Decision, implementing provisions of article 15 of the Presidential Order no. 211 of 2006, provides for defining procedures for the disinfection of processed animal proteins and products infected with Salmonella, in disinfection units. The Decision concerns: issuance of veterinary license for the installation and operation of the disinfection units; inspection and controls of disinfection units; description of methods for disinfecting animal proteins and products; imposition of sanctions.
