Abstract This Decision lays down the detailed rules for the implementation of the Bird Flu and Wild Bird Epizootic Investigation Programme in Greece, to be carried out between the date of this publication and 31 December 2020. The techniques Details of the implementation of the Programme are set out in the three Annexes. The Ministry of Rural Development and Food - Directorate General of Veterinary Medicine - Directorate of Animal Health - Department of Pathology of Birds, Animal Aquatic Organizations, Bees and Other Animals is responsible for the preparation of the Programme, the implementation of the procedures, coordination between stakeholders, gathering data and results and submitting them to the competent EU authorities. The Veterinary Legislation Authorities of the Regional Units and Regions shall be responsible for taking the species in accordance with Annex 1, and sending them to the designated veterinary laboratories.
