The organic production method implies that only products composed of the substances listed out in Annexes I and II to the same Regulation may be used as plant protection products, detergents, fertilizers or soil conditioners. The present Circular takes into particular account the restrictions established by Regulation 1935/95/EC as regards the use of seed and propagating materials obtained through ordinary cultivation methods.
