Abstract

This Ministerial Circular is aimed at the explanation of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91. Article 1 makes provision for specifying the seeds and vegetable propagating materials which fall within article 6 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91. Article 2 explains the rules of organic production of seeds, vegetable propagating materials and plant products referred to in article 6 of the above-mentioned Council Regulation.
