This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law regulates the conditions of the Montenegrin mining sector and methods of exploitation of local mineral resources; issues on mining measurements, mining planning and necessary mining concessions; education and professional expert training of workers who run technical operations; measures for protection at work and environmental protection measures.
