The present Ordinance enters into force on 23 May 2004.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Mining Law of 13. August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes the competent authority responsible for the execution of the Federal Mining Act. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Competence of the Saxon State Ministry of Economy and Labour (1); Competence of the Saxon Mining Office (2); Competence of other authorities (3); Omissis (4); Entry into force, repeal (5).
