The Minister may make Regulations that shall apply to one or more mining health areas. The matters that may be regulated include: sanitation and health conditions in an area; removal of refuse, waste products and sewage; the abatement of nuisances; and the provision of an adequate supply of wholesome drinking water in a mining health area.
