Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Mineral Raw Material Act (BGBl. I No. 38/99). In particular, the Ordinance aims, inter alia, at the: 1) protection of persons against perils to life and health; 2) protection of the environment, in particular of water bodies against hazardous substances; 3) protection of deposits; and 4) protection of the surface, as well as ensuring the rational use of surface. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Protection of buildings (2); Final provisions (3). One Annex is enclosed.
