Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Mines and Minerals Act require holders of a mining lease issued under the Act to demarcate, in accordance with these Regulations, the area covered by the mining lease. Applicants for mining leases shall cause a survey plan of the area to be prepared by a licensed land surveyor and shall submit such plan to the Director of Surveys and Lands. Approved plans shall be submitted to the Commissioner.
