The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to proceedings to obtain the public recognition of mineral springs. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Documentation to be submitted (1); Preparation of the application on behalf of the competent local authority (2); Decision concerning the application (3); Revocation of recognition (4); Entry into force (5).
