Article 2 of the present Ordinance names AMA (“Agrarmarkt Austria”) as responsible for the implementation of the present Ordinance. The above-mentioned Ordinance requires enterprises purchasing, treating, processing, or producing milk products, to report the relevant amount to the aforementioned AMA, even if it is transferred to other enterprises to be treated or elaborated. Article 14 establishes that enterprises have to accept official inspectors on their premises and grant them access to book keeping . The text consists of 15 articles and 2 Annexes.
