Abstract

This Order provides for the control on the production of milk and milk products intended for human consumption. The Order also makes provision for the protection of dairy products against infection and contamination and provides rules for the distribution and conveyance of milk. No person shall carry on the trade of processing dairyman or use any such premises as a processing dairy unless that person or the premises are registered with the Minister. The Order also provides for health inspections of cattle.
