Abstract

This Order of the Minister of Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 137(1)(a) of the Merchant Shipping Act 2002, prescribes substances for purposes of section 137 of the Act, i.e. substances other than oil. These substances shall fall with the application sphere of sections 135 and 136 of the Act, which set out certain measures to prevent pollution by ships.
