An application for a licence under section 57 of the Act or for the renewal of a licence shall be in accordance with Form 1 in the Schedule. The owner of a vessel or the owner’s representative shall ensure that the licensed vessel shall be clearly marked with the official number assigned to the vessel. Change of ownership or a change in the name, designation or operation of a licensed vessel shall be notified immediately by the (new) owner to the authorities.
