The fees include: fees for inspection of explosives and grain cargo; fees for the survey of a vessel for an IOPP (International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate)/KOPP (Kenya Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate) issued for purposes of International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL) and fees for the assessment and approval of manuals including a Shipboard Marine Pollution Emergency plan for Noxious Liquid substances.
