Abstract

These Regulations require the owner and the operator of every Bermuda ship to ensure that every emergency position indicating radio beacon (EPIRB) carried on the ship (whether or not carried in compliance with statutory requirements) is registered with the Bermuda Maritime Operations Centre and that the registered particulars are correct. The Regulations apply to Bermuda ships wherever they may be.
