The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 Janaury 2005.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Radiation Protection Act (BGBl. I No. 227/1969). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to measures to protection people against damage caused by the use of ionizing radiation in medicine. The text consists of 39 articles divided into 17 Parts.
