I p. 502). The purpose of the Law is to ensure and reinstate effectively the conditions and functions of the soil. The Law provides for precautionary principles and measures, expert investigation, notification and registration of contaminated sites and harmful soil changes, data processing, soil protection authorities and responsibilities, compensation for restrictions on agricultural and forestry land use, and costs.
