Article 1 establishes that the Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is responsible for the disposal of non-edible animal products according to article 3 of the Federal Act. The competent office competent for health matters shall be authorized to transfer non-edible products to incineration plants or similar facilities. According to the provisions of the present Law “disposal” means collection, transport, storage, treatment, processing and final elimination. The text consists of 5 articles.
