The present Law consists of 79 articles divided into 10 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Ecological environment observation, landscape planning (II); Minimum protection of nature (III); Protection, care and development of certain parts of nature and landscape (IV); Protection and care of wild living animal and plants (V); Recreation in nature and landscape (VI); Promotion of nature protection, limitation of rights (VII); Competences, organization, participations of associations, proceedings (VIII); Penalties (IX); Transitional and final provisions (X).
