Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 September 2005.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the assessment of damage caused by game and hunting. In case a damage is reported the competent authority shall have to summon without delay the parties concerned with a view to assess the measure of the damage. The text consists of 10 articles.
