These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of August 1987.
Abstract

These Regulations are here setting the food safety related rules as regards the correct treatment of raw animal meat (not fish or birds) intended for human consumption on the territory of Gibraltar. These provisions are also setting the: list of forbidden additives, specific sale issues, possible penalties and obligation to seize and destroy the food that is declared as unfit for human consumption.
