Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the labelling of meat. The text deals with the following aspects: definition of terms, duty to keep records, application procedures for obtaining approval of labelling the system, recognition of private control organs, notification and reporting requirements for private control organs and penalties. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 3 Parts and 1 Annex concerning fees.
