Abstract

The present Law enforces the Meat Labelling Act of 26 February 1998 (BGBl. I p. 380). In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The Law consists of 3 articles as follows: Competences (1); Fees and costs (2); Entry into force (3).
