Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Council Directive 85/73/EEC on the financing of health inspections and controls of fresh meat and poultry meat of 29 January 1985 and the Meat Hygiene Act Implementation Law of 14 December 2004. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the amount of fees charged for inspection of animals to be slaughtered and meat and poultry meat. The text consists of 10 articles.
