The present Ordinance enters into force on 13 May 1985.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Market Organization Act of 31 August 1972. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to boning of meat for the purpose of exportation. Article 2 establishes that the Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food is responsible for the execution of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Competence (2); Application (3); Boning (4); Attestation (5); Duty to record and conserve (6); Boning in another member state (7); Entry into force (8).
