Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Market Organization Act of 31 August 1972. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to boning of meat for the purpose of exportation. Article 2 establishes that the Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food is responsible for the execution of the present Ordinance.
