Abstract These Measures provide for strengthening the supervision and management of the manifests for the transfer of hazardous waste throughout the country. Units discharging hazardous waste shall, before their transfer, apply for the forms to the competent department and report the place to where the waste will be transferred. Copies of the forms are attached to these Measures and shall be completed for each vehicle or vessel for which hazardous waste of the same kind is transferred.
