The purpose of these Measures is to regulate the investigation, monitoring and evaluation of the quality of cultivated lands. The Text consists of 31 articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Investigation (II); Monitoring (III); Evaluation (IV); Supplementary Provisions (V).
