Abstract

An Act to establish a Marshall Islands Marine Resources Authority and a Marshall Islands Marine Resources Authority Fund and to regulate foreign and local fishing. The 55 Sections are divided into 8 Parts: Preliminary (I); Marshall Islands Marine Resources Authority (II); Foreign Fishing (III); Activities Other Than Foreign Fishing (IV); Finance (V); Violations and Penalties (VI); Observers and Enforcement Officers (VII); General (VIII).
