Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Marine Resources Act, 1997 in relation to, among other things: authorizations required under the Act; licensing procedures and requirements; transhipment; fish export certification; vessel reporting requirements; and exportation of fish. Licenses here regulated include; a trail fishing license; fishing vessel license; live fish capture license; fish export facility license; and aquaculture license.
