The Notice also requires all bottlers, grape producers, wine exporters, wine producers and wine traders to provide SAWIS with prescribed records and returns and impose a research levy, an information levy, a transformation levy, and an export levy on the wine and grapes industry. Levies shall be collected and administered in accordance with this Notice.
