Body corporates shall be "substantially" owned and controlled by citizens of Mauritius (art. 3). Applications shall be made in the form set out in the Second Schedule. A licence granted under section 7(2) of the Act may contain such terms and conditions as the Prime Minister may determine (art. 4).
