Entry into force notes
These Regulations enter into force on the day of the publication of notice.
Abstract

These Regulations shall apply to all small crafts that are less than 10 meters in length that operate within Kiribati waters. These Regulations lay down rules for the registration, marking, licensing, operation standards, safety requirements, survey and inspection of small craft and the Register and its functions. Small crafts engaged in commercial fishing shall apply for small craft licenses.
