Abstract

This Order of the Government, made under section 87(3) of the Sea Fisheries and Maritime Jurisdiction Act 2006, designates the boundaries of the exclusive economic zone of Ireland in the Irish Sea and the Celtic Sea. The boundary of the exclusive economic zone of the State of Irelnd in the Irish Sea and the Celtic Sea is formed by a series of geodesic lines connecting the points specified by this Order.
