Abstract

A licence granted by the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture is compulsory for fishing and for the cultivation of marine plants, as well as for using a fishing boat for the purpose of catching every description of plants found in the sea. Regulation 2 establishes the fee to be paid in order to obtain the licences. Regulation 4 sets out penalties.
